Returns & Exchanges

To maintain the integrity of our collections and our commitment to thoughtful production, we do not offer exchanges or returns for change of mind. All sales are final.

We provide detailed dimensions, high-resolution imagery, and narrative descriptions for each piece to ensure you are confident in your selection before it enters your private world.

Quality & Defects

Each Private Era piece undergoes a rigorous quality ritual before being sent to you. However, if you believe your piece has a genuine manufacturing defect, we want to resolve this with you personally.

If you receive a product with a defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery:

Once we receive your email, we will review your case individually. If a defect is confirmed, we will provide instructions for the return and arrange for a replacement or a refund.
